Networks’ Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for In-Person Trainings or Courses
Networks for Training and Development (Networks) hopes that everyone who registers for trainings and courses will be able to attend; however, we understand extenuating circumstances do occur. All requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to jessicas@networksfortraining.org.
Networks’ Cancellation and Refund Policy is as follows:
- Cancellation requests received 7 days prior to the start of the session/event or Course will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations received 6 days or less prior to the start of the session/event or Course will receive a refund of 50% of their registration fee.
- Cancellations received on or after the start of the session/event or Course will not be refunded.
- Registration fees for any Networks Courses (e.g. ACRE SE 101) are transferable to another participant or another course, however a $50 transfer fee will apply. Transfers may only occur 5 days prior to the start of the Course and NOT after the Course has begun.
- Another person may attend in place of the paid cancelling person for any in-person training if done 2 days before the start of the Course.
SPECIAL NOTE: If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend, however you must contact the above person ASAP to receive a full refund. Registrants who are feeling unwell will be offered a 24 hour grace period after the start of the training to contact for cancellation and a refund due to illness. If no contact is received, it will be considered a “no show” and no refund will be available.
NOTE: Additional policies may apply for specific Courses. Please see specific Course details for more information.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be issued back to the original payment method (if you paid by check, a check will be issued back to the person or agency the original check was issued by). In the unlikely event Networks cancels an in-person training or Course, Networks is responsible only for refund of the registration fee, and not for transportation, hotel accommodations, or any miscellaneous expenses incurred by the participant.
Cancellation Policy for Virtual Trainings or Courses
If you wish to cancel your participation in a Virtual session/event or Course, your registration fee will be fully refunded when written notification is received 7 days prior to the start of the session/event or Course.
- In the instance Course materials are released prior to the official start of the Course, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Registration fees for any Networks Courses (e.g. ACRE SE 101) are transferable to another participant or another course, however a $50 transfer fee will apply. Transfers may only occur 5 days prior to the start of the Course and NOT after the Course has begun.
