Networks’ Current Health & Safety Protocol

Reviewed / Updated: 7/29/22

As the COVID-19 pandemic seems to be passing while new health issues emerge, the Networks’ team has been discussing ways to re-engage with our stakeholders in-person, while also adhering to CDC guidelines. The health and safety of all involved parties are of primary importance. Below is our protocol, effective 7/1/2022.

Internal Events (Networks’ Staff Only)
Since all Networks’ staff are vaccinated, in-person gatherings can take place. According to the CDC, people who are vaccinated can gather indoors without masks, but staff should feel comfortable to wear them as they feel necessary.

Ongoing Virtual Events
During the upcoming fiscal year 2023, most of Networks’ events will continue to take place virtually. There will be some in-person and hybrid events, adhering to certain guidelines and per funders’ agreement to do so. (See below.)

In-Person Events
While we recognize that infection rates have improved in PA and in many areas of the USA, we are committed to doing our part to be safe, maintain everyone’s health, while still providing quality training and consultation.

All in-person events will be held in well-ventilated areas, where attendees can sit 6 feet apart. In some situations, proof of vaccination may be required prior to registration. Some food and beverages will be provided but will be offered individually to attendees. Masks may be required. If anyone feels ill, they should not attend the event.
