Bethany Friedl, MBA, CESP received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Family Life Education from Concordia University, St. Paul and a Master of Business Administration from Iowa State University. She is a certified Gallup Strengths Coach for Individuals through Clifton Strengths, a certified FindMojo Motivational Assessment Coach, has over a decade of experience working in the Supported Employment field, 7 years of management experience, and has developed effective hiring practices around interviewing, onboarding, and training of new and existing staff. She is experienced in creating efficient environments to do more with less and focuses on getting people what they need to succeed.

In her spare time, Bethany enjoys being a mom, spending time with her husband, baking, reading, building Lego, and cuddling with her two fur babies.
