What is DISC?
DISC is an acronym that stands for four main personality profiles: D – Dominance, I – Influence, S – Steadiness, C – Conscientiousness. We all have these personality traits, however, some are more prominent than others.
The Maxwell DISC Method was designed around the leadership philosophies of the world’s number one leadership expert, John Maxwell. This assessment provides an in-depth analysis with built-in action plan. All DISC Assessment tools have a core foundation of materials. The Maxwell DISC Method provides rich detail related to your leadership style, communication and more.

CliftonStrengths is a 30 minute assessment that measures your unique talents --your natural patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving-- and categorizes them into the 34 CliftonStrengths themes. These 34 themes can also be categorized into 4 different domains that show your leadership style.

Bethany has her undergraduate degree in Family Life Education and her Master’s of Business Administration. She’s utilized these degrees in the disability field for the last 13 years as an Employment Support Professional, Employment Services Manager, and now as the Employment and Development Coordinator for Networks for Training and Development. She’s always been fascinated by what makes people who they are and what drives them. She has delved into this arena through her own research for decades and in 2023, she achieved official certification in CliftonStrengths Individual Coaching.
